Procedure for controlling water temperature in steam refining apparatus

A procedure is described for controlling the water temperature in a steam refining apparatus (1). This comprises a steam refining chamber (19), a water reservoir 94) which is heated to raise steam, a heating device 918) for the reservoir, a temperature sensor (21,22) for the water or steam and a control device for the heating device according to the measured value from the temperature sensor. The procedure comprises an adjustment step that can be executed in which the water is heated until it reaches its boiling point, at the boiling point the value is measured by the sensor and the control device is adjusted at this measured value. In the adjustment step, the boiling point is determined automatically and the control device is adjusted automatically.
