PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the communication permission equipment to set freely a permission of a connection received from a caller to the electronic communication equipment depending on each time zone. SOLUTION: The communication permission equipment is provided with a channel section 1 that is connected to a base station, a speech application detection section 2, a timer 3, a caller telephone number detection section 4, a permission discrimination section 5, a caller telephone number dependent permission time list section 6, a message transmission section 7 that transmits a message as required, a channel connection section 8 and an operation section 9 or the like and is connected to a telephone set 10. The permission discrimination section 5 retrieves a permission time zone by caller telephone number stored in the caller telephone number dependent permission time list section 6 based on the caller telephone number from the caller telephone number detection section 4 and time data from the timer 3 to discriminate the propriety of connection to the telephone set 10.
