<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled body, provided with an exhaust hole, which is suitable for the alternate current earth plate such as a multichip module, etc. SOLUTION: An air exhaust hole assembled body 10 is composed of alternately laminated layers of metal (copper) and a dielectric material (polyimide). An air exhaust hole is provided on the metal layer 12 of an earth plane. As the air exhaust hole assembled body 10 discharges the gas trapped by a dielectric layer without impairing the function of an AC earth plane which gives control impedance characteristics of a signal line provided on the upper and the lower parts of the earth plane, exfoliation can be prevented.</p> |
