Transparent heat-insulation, especially for solar absorbers

The heat-insulation is based on a honeycomb formation of sections of glass tubing between the solar absorber and a transparent covering pane. A plastics honeycomb panel on the basis of transparent, honeycomb-formation, stuck-together plastics tubing sections is positioned between and parallel with, the solar absorber and the inside of the cover-pane. The glass tubes are inserted into the plastics tubes of the honeycomb panel and fixed. The internal diameter of the plastic tubes, and the external diameter of the glass tubes are the same. The glass tubes are between five and twenty times as long as the plastics tubes.
