The chamber treats any combination of organic, inorganic, solid, liquid and gaseous materials. The materials experience any combination of static (potential) and dynamic (irradiating) electrical and/or magnetic fields and dielectric current flow. The materials are subjected to raised, normal or reduced pressures. The chamber includes equipment such as insulated electrodes and coil structures, and has provision for shielding, sealing and pressure variation.
