摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the probability of error detection of clutters existing around targets and to enable the stable acquisition of targets by creating weight threshold values corresponding to the amount of change of images per unit time and weighting the image of any target in an effective visual field. SOLUTION: A target detection processing circuit 14 takes in a signal greater than or equal to a constant threshold value from a binarization and detection level determining circuit 12, takes in a location address corresponding to the signal from a pixel address generating circuit 15, outputs a target detection signal to the control end of a switch 13, and inputs a target detection location address to an adder 16. On the basis of the result of addition of the pixel address and target location address inputted from the adder 16, a weight threshold value generating circuit 19 sets the location address corresponded to the image outputted from a standard deviation computing circuit 18. Then a weight threshold value is set according to the amount of change of an image outputted from the circuit 18 and outputted to the switch 13. When the amount of change of the image for every one frame is large in this case, the image is judged as a target, as a clutter when it is small, and the weight threshold value is set.</p>
