摘要 The apparatus measures the topography of the cogs of a gear after single edge testing with a measuring wheel. The wheel can revolve with a toothed wheel to be tested so that only one tooth edge of the wheel being tested revolves in engagement with the measuring wheel. A device for recording and evaluating the rotation error rate is provided. The measuring wheel has raised radial or axial measurement tracks. An inner or outer toothed wheel to be tested, with straight or sloping teeth, interconnects with two measuring wheels (5,6) with special tracks (20,21). The measuring wheels (5,6) are arranged at any desired angle. One of the wheels (5) is driven by a motor (7). The other wheel (6) is braked via a brake (8). Each of the shafts (1,2,3) respectively holding the three wheels (4,5,6) is coupled to a high resolution rotary angle indicator (9,10,11). At least two of the angle indicators, preferably those of the two measuring wheels (5,6) are provided with a rotary angle position indicator (18,19).
