PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect operation data required to clarify the causes of troubles only when troubles are generated in an air conditioner and reduce the effect on a transfer traffic. SOLUTION: An operation monitoring device 4 is designed to sample and accumulate operating state data of air conditioners ranging from 1A to 1C and 2A to 2C which are intended to be monitored. When a trouble is determined from the operation data, the content is reported to remote monitor terminal machines 8A to 8N. When required from the remote monitor terminal, the operation data stored in the memory is transmitted to the remote monitor terminal machine 8A to 8N. |
