SOLUTION: In the lighting equipment equipped with a ceiling mounting type equipment main body 1, and with a cover 2 capable of being mounted from a place down below, the equipment main body 1 is provided with a widening part 5b the width of which is widened as it goes to the tip end side from the side of a base part 5a at its one end side, and concurrently, paired cover mounting springs 5 formed together with a continuous connection part 5d the width of which is narrowed as it goes to its tip end side from the widening part 5b, is mounted to the base part 5a side while being energized in such a way as to be mutually parted outward. And locking pawl parts 4 are provided, which hold the base part 5a side from both sides where the aforesaid base part is located above the maximum widened part 5c of the widening part Sb for the cover mounting spring 5, and concurrently an insertion guide part 8 guiding the cover mounting spring 5 to the locking pawl parts 4, is provided for a place above the locking pawl parts 4 in the inner side surface of the cover 2 in such a way as to be more widened than the width of the locking pawl parts 4. |
