LAMINATED PIEZO-ELECTRIC ACTUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable piezo-electric actuator capable of suppressing electric discharge to the utmost even in the case of high humidity or high application voltage. SOLUTION: This piezo-electric actuator 1 is provided with a plurality of laminated piezo-electric boards 1 and metal sheets 2 having a connecting projected part 6 clamped respectively by way of a conductivity bonding agent between these piezo-electric boards 1. The connecting projected parts 6 are projected in the various directions alternately from the piezo-electric boards 1. The connecting projected parts 6 projected on one side and the connecting projected parts 6 projected on the other side are electrically connected to a take-out electrode 8 fixed with a seat 7 where the piezo-electric boards 1 are set up and is housed in a case 3. An insulating oil 4 is filled up in this case 3.
