PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make hard the sticking materials once removed be held and ensure the easy removal by composing bristles implanted in a boss of net mainly composed of the net in which each square pattern is formed of a longitudinal line and lateral line, and installing an auxiliary reinforcing material between a root part connected to the boss of the net and a play end. SOLUTION: In a rotary brush 20 four sheets of bristles 24 is implanted in an angular shaft having a square shape in section and being fixed onto a support shaft 22, to the tangential direction, and the tips abut on the lower surface of the loose side of a conveyer belt and scrape off sticking materials. The bristles 24 are composed of net 24a having a square mesh pattern formed of longitudinal and lateral lines made of hard nylon and is mounted to the angular shaft with one side made in parallel with the axis of the angular shaft. Soft adhesive for synthetic resin is applied between the root part and the tip part and a thick wall part 24 is formed with its rigidity improved more than the case of net only. Accordingly, the distance between the bristles 24, 24 are made large so that sticking materials thereto can be removed easily. |
