<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively add a purification accelerator for accelerating the propagation of microorganisms over a long period of time by arranging at least two kinds of watersoluble capsule particles which enclose the purification accelerator and vary in wall thicknesses in a microorganism purifying mechanism. SOLUTION: The microorganism purifying mechanism is formed of a fiber wound filter and a liquid inflow port and outflow port. The useful microorganisms are fixed at this fiber wound filter and are propagated. The water-soluble capsule particles are packed in the fiber wound filter. Four kinds of the water-soluble capsule particles varying in the wall thicknesses exist like, for example, Figs. (a) to (d). When liquid flows to (a) of the thin wall thickness, the shells 2 of the capsule particles dissolve rapidly and add the purification accelerator 1 included therein to the liquid. When the inflow of the liquid is continued, the shells 2 of the capsule particles (b), (c) in the thinner order of the wall thicknesses dissolve in this order and the purification accelerator 1 may be added to the liquid continuously until the shells 3 of (d) of the large thickness dissolve in the final.</p> |
