<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of positioning a cylinder holding frame by providing a fixing release means for automatically releasing a fixing function of keeping the cylinder holding frame in a fixed attitude when the cylinder holding frame is put in the unloading position. SOLUTION: A base 1 is fixed on a counter weight W, rails 2 are disposed in the longitudinal direction on the base 1, and a truck 3 includes right and left pillars 4 along the rails 2 and is assembled in such a manner as to freely moved between the loading position P1 which secures a wide rear visual field and the unloading position P2 which is the rear part of the counter weight W and enables the attaching and detaching operation for a gas cylinder. A cylinder holding frame 6 is installed in such a manner as to freely turn forward and backward, taking the rear end edge of the truck 3 as a fulcrum, and there is provided a lock releasing member 10 as a fixing release means for automatically releasing fixing when the cylinder holding frame 6 is put in the unloading position P2.</p> |
