PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation cover for a tone box of a coating material agitation device in which wear is generated just a little. SOLUTION: An agitation shaft 7 is installed to move freely in parallel with an agitation cover, and the shaft is provided with an axial direction rod 13 to be rotated and a lower agitation blade 15, and the agitation shaft 7 is brought into contact with a box bottom face 17 by the thrust force of the blade during the agitation process, and an end seciton 31 being brought into contact with the box bottom section is provided on the lower end of the agitation shaft 7. The end seciton 31 is set on the agitation shaft 7 rotatably, and the end section is provided with at least three downwardly protruded part 39 to be brought into contact with the box bottom face 17 are provided on the same surface vertical to the agitation shaft 7.
