<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to operate and set fast movement mode in advance and to move and display a pointer fast easily in real time on the display device which displays the pointer on its display screen. SOLUTION: When a mouse is moved with its 'fast' key operated, a pointer movement distance of each fixed-quantity rotary sampling cycle of a mouse ball is set at a specific distance (T+α) longer than a standard distance (T) and the pointer is moved fast and displayed; when the mouse 13 is moved with its 'slow' key operated, the pointer movement distance of each fixed-quantity rotational sampling cycle of the mouse ball is set at a specific distance (T-α) shorter than the standard distance (T) and the pointer is moved slow and displayed, so the moving speed of the display pointer can easily be varied in arbitrary timing of the moving operation of the mouse 13.</p> |
