Conveniently-operated dental moulding unit producing plastic-based false teeth using lost wax process

A new unit makes plastic-based false teeth using the lost wax process. The upper side of the holder (20), accepts mould boxes (1). An injection unit charges the top openings (7) of each mould box with plastic resin. In the base of the mould box holder (20) is a wax outlet bore (26) connecting to the box outlets (8). In use, the wax model (2) in the box is melted, to flow out through the outlets and bores. Next, plastic resin (43) is injected (7) into the cavity left by wax removal. When full, it is polymerised to harden it.
