PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a disease attended with an auto-immunity reaction caused by a 65K glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD 65) by including the GAD 65 or its partial peptide to a diagnosis composition. SOLUTION: The composition is a composition including a GAD 65 or its partial peptide and for diagnosing a disease attended with an auto-immunity reaction caused by the GAD 65. The composition is applied to the inside of the skin and/or onto the surface of the skin of a reagent. Then the size of inflammation of the skin caused by the skin reaction between the GAD 65 or its partial peptide and T-cells in the reagent is measured. Thus, diseases attended with an auto-immunity reaction caused by the GAD 65 such as Stiffman syndromes and a kind of auto-immunity thyroiditis are diagnosed early or recuperatingly. Then the cellular immunity with respect to antigen such as the GAD 65 is evaluated with a simple diagnosis of observation of a change in the skin (hypersensitive reaction due to delayed growth) in this way.
