PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a suction window not obstructing visual inspection or observation by providing a local exhaust duct so as surround the outer peripheral part of a transparent plate, the local suction port provided thereto and an exhaust duct exhausting air in the local exhaust duct to uniformly act on the entire surface of a web and efficiently sucking an org. solvent while reducing the scattering thereof. SOLUTION: A local exhaust duct 3 is provided to the outer peripheral part of a transparent plate 2 and a local suction port is provided to the inside surface 5 thereof and an exhaust duct 4 exhausting the gas in the local exhaust duct is provided. When exhaustion is performed from the exhaust duct 4, the atmosphere containing a harmful org. solvent in the front region is sucked from the local suction port. Therefore, the atmosphere containing the org. solvent creeping around the transparent plate to be ready to penetrate is obstructed and suction uniformly acts on the entire surface of the inside region of the transparent plate to efficiently absorb the org. solvent and visual inspection or observation can be performed through the transparent plate 2. |
