摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize auxiliary capacity in a pixel of an active matrix type liquid crystal display device without lowering a numerical aperture. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 22 is constituted on an under layer of a pixel electrode 24b constituted of the transparent conductive film through an insulation film 23. Further, the transparent conductive film 22 is held to fixed potential, and is formed so as to cover a gate bus line 14 and a source bus line 18, and is constituted so that signals of respective bus lines don't extend to the pixel electrode 24b. Further, the pixel electrodes are arranged so that all their ends overlap the gate bus line and the source bus line. Thus, respective bus lines function as a black matrix. Further, the pixel electrode 24b overlap the transparent conductive film 22, and holding capacity is formed.</p>
