<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the smooth action of an actuator by grasping the conditions of a rotary shaft and a motor in such a manner that processing means receives information converted into an electric signal by the condition detecting means of the rotary shaft and the condition detecting means of the motor. SOLUTION: A rotary encoder 30 is a first condition detecting means for detecting the rotational condition of a rotary shaft 11, and a motor power supply monitoring circuit is a second condition detecting means for detecting the condition of a motor 12. Processing means 50 receives detected signals from the first and second condition detecting means so as to grasp the conditions of the rotary shaft 11 and the motor 12, monitors and records the action of an actuator 10, detects and processes an abnormal condition, and produces and outputs a valve condition signal on the basis of a state value being an index for grasping the previously set condition of a valve and a state amount detected. Hereby, the abnormal condition can be rapidly found out, and the motor and a driving system can be certainly protected by taking an appropriate step.</p> |
