PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate consumption of power for a measuring part in setting of measuring conditions at the time when a power supply switch is depressed and thereby to prolong an actually operable time of a battery to the maximum. SOLUTION: A control part 2 and a measuring part 5 are connected to a power supply line 9 to which a battery 1 is connected, with a power supply switch 10 interposed. An input part 4 for inputting various measuring conditions is connected to the control part 2. The input part 4 has a measurement start switch 4e for giving an instruction on the start of measurement by the measuring part 5. At the time when the power supply switch 10 alone is in an ON state, power is supplied to the control part 2 from the battery 1. When the measurement start switch 4e is put in the ON state after the power supply switch 10 turns ON, the power is supplied also to the measuring part 5 from the battery 1. |
