The method involves a plant consisting of a gas turbine group, a steam-creating heater and a steam circuit including at least one steam turbine. The gas turbine group includes a compressor, combustion chamber, turbine and generator. At points at a certain pressure, measured amounts of steam (50) are taken by a regulator (c) to be supplied to certain points in the gas turbine group. The load thus induced is kept constant on the basis of measuring the combustion mixture (5,10) in at least one combustion chamber (4,9).
