PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and firmly fit a cover member to a base plate. SOLUTION: A pair of support piece parts 26, 27 for clamping a fitting piece part 42 of a cover member 12 are formed on a base plate 11. A locking piece part 31 is raised up from one support piece part 27 and engaged with an engagement hole 29 formed in the other support piece part 26 through a locking hole 45 formed in the fitting piece part 42. The locking piece part 31 is bent from the support piece part 27 at a bend line along the protruding direction of an air bag 15. The load produced when the air bag 15 is protruded is applied in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the bend line, so that the locking piece part 31 is hard to be deformed in the return direction so as to hold the air bag 15 firmly. |
