The housing (16) contains a heat-protective tube (42) enclosing the lamp socket (40). The heat-protection tube is held on a mounting support (32) with which it preferably locks. The heat-protection tube is spaced apart from the lamp-socket and from the peripheral wall of the housing. The mounting support is integrated in an inner part (24) of the housing. The end of the heat-protection tube facing the open side of the housing is widened to enclose a reflector (38). A heat-shield (48) formed by a sheet metal plate is parallel with the base (22) of the housing, outside and spaced apart from the base, and is parallel with a plastics plate (50).
