PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the necessity for correction by positioning the master in a specified position by the lead terminal of an electronic part, and fixing it temporarily with the finger of a gripper, and shifting it to a prealignment stage and holding it with the positioning holder of a stage. SOLUTION: A work A is provided with a lead terminal, and positioning holder 1a-1b are arranged on a prealignment stage 1. Setting is performed, after catching and positioning a lead terminal with a positioning holder. For the work to a work, the setting of the positioning holders of the prealignment stage 1 and the setting, regarding the finger of a grippe 3, are performed, and then the work on a tray 7 is shifted onto the prealignment stage 1. The lead terminal is positioned by catching it with the positioning holder, and the board of the work is shifted to the specified position 6 by caching it with the fingers, and it is held with holders 6a and 6b. Hereby, the positioning in the specified position can be made without need for correction. |
