PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a cheap electronic tag excellent in environment resistance by providing the tag with a resin film in which an internal part is encapsulated and an exterior part for protecting the internal part encapsulated in the film-like resin. SOLUTION: As for this electronic tag 20, an IC chip 31 and an antenna 32 being its internal parts are encapsulated with resin film, and the tag is entirely sealed with exterior resin 33. At the time of producing the electronic tag, the internal parts of the electronic tag consisting of the IC chip 31 and the antenna 32 is encapsulated in the resin film 34. Namely the internal part of the electronic tag 20 is arranged in the space between upper and lower resin films 34, for example, and is passed through a pair of thermal rollers to make the internal part in close contact with the resin film 34 fully and to fuse-weld the upper and lower resin films 34. Next, the electronic tag internal parts encapsulated in this resin film 34 is set in forming die, and resin is forced charged in the die to form the exterior resin 33. |
