PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which makes it possible to easily reservation of accommodation at a hotel, inn, etc., at any time by a telephone line. SOLUTION: A room reservation is accepted by the telephone (step 31), and retrieval from a booked room detail file is performed through preprocessing (step 32) according to a desired day to judge a booking state. When a vacant room is found, more detailed booking information is obtained (step 34) and retrieval (step 35) is performed while room assignment is done to judge whether or not the booking can be accepted. When the booking can be accepted, the file is updated (step 37) after confirmation. |
