PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heat exchanger tube from being deflected at the time of heating for brazing without deteriorating assembling performance in a multitubular heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a multitubular heat exchanger comprising a pair of tanks 2, 3 disposed opposite to one another and a plurality of heat exchanger tubes 4 extending between the two tanks 2, 3 and making the tanks 2, 3 communicate with one anther, one end portion of the heat exchanger tube 4 is provided with an engagement portion 7 capable of being engaged with walls 2a, 3a of the tanks 2, 3 corresponding to the tube 4 and an engagement structure for engaging another end portion of the heat exchanger tube 4 with the walls 2a, 3a of the corresponding tanks 2, 3 is constructed in such a manner as to be capable of being relatively moved in an axial direction of the heat exchanger tube.
