In a cooler composed to return again to the radiator(3), after the cooling water which is sent to the cylinder-head(2) and cylinder block(1) by water-pump(4) cools down the engine, which cooler is further composed of the 1st water temperature controller(7) having a thermostat(9), the 1st inlet pipe(13) and a closeable valve(91), a 2nd water temperature controller(8) of which the 7th inlet(37) is connected to the first inlet(25) of the cylinder block(1) and having a thermostat(10), a 4th fluid inlet pipe(18) connected to the 5th inlet through the heater(6) in the 6th outlet(39) of controller(8), the 1st fluid outlet pipe(16) connected to the upper tank(11) of radiator(3) from the 5th outlet(38), a bypass pipe(17) connected to the 3rd inlet(32) of the first water temperature controller(7) from 2nd outlet(26), the 3rd fluid outlet pipe(20) connected to the middle of the 1st outlet pipe(16) from the 3rd outlet(27), the 5th inlet pipe(21) passing through the throttle body(5) in the middle while connecting to the 6th inlet(36) from the middle of (20), the 2nd fluid inlet pipe(14) connected to the 2nd inlet (24) of the cylinder head(2) from (4), and the 3rd fluid inlet pipe(15) connected to the 1st inlet(23) of the cylinder block(11) from the water pump(4). The first inlet pipe(13) of the first water temperature controller(7) connects the lower tank(12) of the radiator(3) to the forth fluid inlet(33) and the forth outlet(34) of the first water temperature controller(7) connected to the water pump(4).
