A display means 19 such as a lamp is attached for every display part 22 on the panel part 2b The data of the year, month and day of the data of the anniversary of death can be inputted into a microcomputer from data input keys 8 in correspondence with the address number of the display part 22. The microcomputer is constituted so that the approach of the death anniversary or the arrival of the very data of the death anniversary are notified visually or audibly by the display means 12 corresponding to the death anniversary based on the input data of the year, month and day.
