PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency after document printing by rearranging temporarily indicated documents to be printed in specific order of specified attribute items and then printing them. SOLUTION: A biting terminal 1 inputs data of documents by using a keyboard, etc., and a print indication is inputted for each document. The inputted data are stored in a spool memory 2. Document information on an indicated document to be printed is listed and displayed at the display part of the billing terminal 1 in response to an operator's indication. Then the operator indicates the order of printing by using the keyboard or a mouse. Namely, document names are rearranged and displayed in the order of (b), (a), (c), (e), and (d). This process is performed by the CPU of the billing terminal 1 according to a program stored in a RAM, etc. Then when the operator confirms the display of the document information and inputs an indication for print execution, the documents are printed in the order of the document names (b), (a), (c), (e), and (d). |
