An inner cell (1) is provided, where the inner cell and/or the cladding walls (2) are moveable. The inner cell is fixed and an opposite facing cladding wall is constructed to be horizontally or radially/vertically movable, or the wall is fixed and the cladding movable. One inner cell is essentially cylindrical in form and occupies at least one wall with the form of a cylinder, or section thereof. The inner cell, together with the wall stand on a ground slope (3). The outer wall is C-shaped and sits in the slope or bank (3'). The inner cell opens towards the free side (e.g. facing the valley) . The roof (4) is essentially helmet shaped. The building sections moving against each other have meshing folds.
