PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a plurality of specific temperatures by laminating and printing a plurality of ferrite layers possessing different Curie temperatures in production. SOLUTION: Using a ferrite paste possessing a fixed composition, a lower layer 1 is formed by means of screen printing, and then, ferrite sub-areas 2a-2d which are different in Curie temperature and constitute a single lamination layer 2, are formed by means of screen printing by using a paste possessing mutually different Curie temperatures. Then, an electrode 4 is formed by means of screen printing in each of the sub-areas 2a-2d, and sub-areas, in which electrode housing holes 4a-4d are formed, are formed in the same way. Subsequently, an electrode 4 electrically connected to the sub-area in the lower part is formed, and the next sub-areas, in each of which an electrode housing hole is formed, is formed. Similarly, an upper layer 3 is formed, after sub-areas are formed following formation of an electrode electrically connected to the lower sub-area. The lamination layer 2 can be formed into a four or more layers. Finally, burning at a constant temperature is carried out, and Ag and the like is applied to an outer terminal electrode so as to be baked. |
