PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a platform screen which has a simple structure and can be assembled in a shop, and its setting method. SOLUTION: A frame structure which consists of pillar members 3 at both ends; an upper member 4; and a lower member 5; is provided. To the upper member 4, a support member extending horizontally, or a pair of support members hanging down from the upper member at an interval not smaller than the door opening width, are provided. Screen members 12 are installed to both sides of the frame structure by leaving a door opening at the center, and a screen member is installed to the pillar members 3. Plural number of screen units with such a structure are arranged in order and set at the side facing the track of a platform, and the lower parts of the screen units are connected to the platform, while the upper parts are connected to the upper side structure of the platform. |
