Zeppelin or dirigible which can float on water

The dirigible can be propelled and steered by propellers which are mounted at the front and at the rear and which can be pivoted in all directions. The dirigible is able to come down on water in e.g. a round lake or large tank of approximately 200 m diameter. The water is surrounded by a rail over which four suspension points can ride of which two are in the form of hoists. Two cables are mounted on the suspension points and can be hooked to the front and rear of the dirigible.
