C, acid washing, annealed at 850-870 deg. C for 30 seconds-5 minutes in hydrogen gas atmosphere mixed with nitrogen gas, cold rolled at 500-650 deg. C for 30 seconds-5 minutes in hydrogen gas atmosphere mixed with nitrogen gas, applicated with annealing separation agent, and annealed at 600-700 deg. C for 5-10 hours, heated to the temperature which satisfies the formula Ts=950+5*(*103)+5 or -5(deg. C)(where, Ts is proper homogenizing temperature; is acid soluble Al wt.% content) as the temperature rising rate of 15-30 deg. C/hr for 3-10 hours, and maintained at 1200 deg. C for 10-20 hours in pure hydrogen gas atmosphere to give the directional electric sheet.
