A steel slab containing C 0.03-0.05wt.%, Si 2.90-3.30wt.%, Mn 0.15-0.30wt.%, S less than 0.006wt.% at least, acid soluble Al 0.010-0.020wt.%,N 0.007-0.011wt.%, P less than 0.015wt.% at least, Cu 0.30-0.60wt.%, Ni 0.03-0.07wt.%, Cr 0.03-0.07wt.% and Fe was hot rolled at 1250-1320 deg. C, acid washing, annealed at 850-870 deg. C for 30 seconds-5 minutes in hydrogen gas atmosphere mixed with nitrogen gas, cold rolled at 500-650 deg. C for 30 seconds-5 minutes in hydrogen gas atmosphere mixed with nitrogen gas, applicated with annealing separation agent, and annealed at 600-700 deg. C for 5-10 hours, heated to the temperature which satisfies the formula Ts=950+5*(*103)+5 or -5(deg. C)(where, Ts is proper homogenizing temperature; is acid soluble Al wt.% content) as the temperature rising rate of 15-30 deg. C/hr for 3-10 hours, and maintained at 1200 deg. C for 10-20 hours in pure hydrogen gas atmosphere to give the directional electric sheet.
