PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new moisture-proof and readily disaggregative coating agent having excellent moisture-proof property, preventing occurrence of slippage or bleeding in the use and readily disaggregating in recovering waste paper by mixing specific two copolymer emulsions and a fatty ester. SOLUTION: This moisture-proof and readily disaggregative coating agent is obtained by mixing (A) 40-90 pts.wt. of an emulsion of a styrene-containing copolymer obtained by copolymerizing monomers mainly composed of total 80-97wt.% of styrene with another ethylenic unsaturated monomer having solubility to water of <1g/100g at 25 deg.C (preferably an ester between a 3-18C alcohol and acrylic acid, etc.), (B) 5-50 pts.wt. of an emulsion of a (meth)acrylate-based based copolymer obtained by copolymerizing monomers mainly composed of 90-97wt.% of a (meth)acrylate having solubility to water of >=1g/100g at 25 deg.C with 3-10wt.% of anα,β-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid and (C) 0.5-20 pts.wt. of a fatty ester (preferably stearate) or its emulsion, where all the upper pts.wt. are expressed in terns of solid comp. based on 100 pts.wt. of whole solid components.
