<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily complete changed operation by changing the threshold value of a process variable existing in a plant corresponding to a stationary operation time or a changed operation time so as to reduce an operator's psychological burden. SOLUTION: When the name of changed operation is inputted to a changed operation input means 5, a threshold value changing means 7 reads out an alarm release condition list from a memory for changed operation 3 by setting the inputted name of changed operation to be a key word. Then the means 7 discriminates whether a release condition of the threshold value in the read alarm release condition list is satisfied or not and when it is satisfied, the means 7 releases a threshold value held by a threshold value holding means 1 concerning the process variable specified by the kind of the process variable. In addition, when a change completion detecting means 6 detects the completion of changed operation, the means 7 returns the threshold value held by the threshold value holding means 1 to a threshold value at the time of stationary operation. Then the process variable existing in the plant is collected through a communication means 11.</p> |
