摘要 The support of the transducer (5) comprises an active surface on which piezoelectric elements (6) are arranged juxtaposed in one direction at least of the active surface of the transducer. A mirror (7) having a surface (7') reflecting the ultrasounds is directed towards the active surface of the transducer (5). The reflecting surface (7') is oriented so as to transmit to successive zones of the surface of the elongate part (2) the ultrasounds coming from each of the piezoelectric elements (6), and to send back the ultrasounds reflected by the surface of part (2) towards the piezoelectric elements (6). The transducer (5) is connected to the mirror (7) so that the distance between the transducer and mirror can be adjusted in an axial direction. The invention applies particularly to the control of tubes from the outside or the inside and more particularly to the control of steam generator tubes of nuclear reactors, or sheath-tubes of fuel assemblies.
