PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to readily and efficiently produce harusame (a Chinese food, fentiao) having high transparency and hardly melting in boiling with no preparation of starch paste in any other way nor using any special noodle belt-making roll. SOLUTION: A noodle belt is produced by mixing 100 pts.wt. of starch derived from at least one kind of potato, sweet potato, tapioca, corn, wheat or their processed products with 45-55 pts.wt. of hot water to prepare large granular dough and subjecting the resultant dough to extrusion molding while deaerating under >=650Torr vacuum degree. |
