The tool clamp consists of a metal bracket with two upstanding sides (1) of which the highest rim on the inside has a curve. On the flat side of the bracket is a rod (2) welded. On the rod (2) is a milled rubber block (5) placed. The block has a hole drilled for a shaft in which a PVC. bush (4) is placed. The rubber block (5) is kept under tension by a metal spring placed on rod (2). The rod (2) with metal spring (3) PVC bush (4) and rubber block (5) is rivetted with metal cap (6).
