发明名称 REAL-TIME INSPECTION METHOD FOR IONIZING RADIATION QUANTITY AND EXECUTING DEVICE THEREOF
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute real-time inspection of a dose of an ionized particle or a radiation, an X-ray radiation in particular, which is generated from a linear electron accelerator and given to an object for various purposes and to apply the inspection particularly to polymerization of resin of a composite material. SOLUTION: By using an ionization chamber 7 of a plane electrode type placed in ionized particles or a radiation field 8, a charge collection current between electrodes which is an image of an instantaneous dose of a radiation is picked up. The collection current is carried to an amplifying-processing line 12 provided outside an irradiation zone 8, through a shield conductor device 11. Then, the intensity of a dose value is subjected to conversion and the dose value is processed and/or recorded.
