data detecting means which detects data using clock(CLK); a counting means which clears the count value when the detected data is active during the count of the detected data; a storing means which stores the loaded data before the clearing of the counting means; a transmission rate detecting means where the detecting means for detecting transmission rate of one data outputted from the storing means is connected at a multiple step; a density detecting means which detects the density of the transmission rate detecting means; an error detecting means which inspects whether error is generated or not at the density detection through the density detecting means.
