PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a comfortable environment in the room by generating a large amount of ozone to sterilize in a short time. SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a circuit constitutions 106, 107 and 108 capable of changing electric discharges from each of a positive electrode (+) and a negative electrode (-) and when a room side terminal of an air conditioner is not working, an appropriate amount of ozone is emitted for sterilizing bacteria floating in the room from a condenser or a receiver for the condensed water in which the bacteria are parasitic. During the room side terminal is working, a degree of pollution of the air in the room is measured by a detecting sensor 101 and an electric dust collecting is conducted in a closed space by determining the discharge whether it is on the positive electrode (+) or the negative electrode (-) according to the determined value of a degree of pollution and the efficacy of dust collection is raised in a short time. |
