SUBSTANCE: device has at least one guiding tube 11 with V-shaped hook 12 at its inferior end for placing under coracoid process 2 of scapula 3, uniformly passable rope sliding inside of guiding tube 11 mentioned and having loop 14 at the end manufactured at the same side with V-shaped hook 12 and discharge tube 20 which inferior end is placeable in the hole of end 12a of V-shaped hook of mentioned guiding tube 11.
