摘要 FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, medicotechnical rehabilitation of patients and invalids. SUBSTANCE: the hinge knee assembly is positioned on the back surface of the extremity, it is furnished with a hinge pin with an automatic retainer, has a crural and femoral flat U-shaped splints that are also positioned on the back surface of the extremity, uses an adjusting device linked with the knee assembly, and the seat (for an orthesis) linked with the femoral splint is of a changeable shape; the orthesis talocrural stop linked with the crural splint has no hinges. At production of a prosthesis any stiff stump support is installed on the femoral splint, and a crural cantilever (bracket), tubular segment of the crus and foot of any design are installed instead of the crural splint. The bracket provides for a stiff attachment of crural tubes of different diameters, adjustment of the crus length and angle of turn of distal-fastened foot of different construction. The most important component of the IVA knee complex is the knee assembly consisting of crural and femoral parts that are hinge-joined to each other by means of a pin; the crural part can vertically move relative to the pin and femoral part within 2 to 4 mm by means of a sleeve with two eyes for the pin, rod with a longitudinal groove linked with the hinge pin and flexible support, two spring washers, twinned spring-loaded rack-and-gear drive which provides for bending of orthesis and prosthesis in the knee assembly through an angle of 95 to 110 deg., crus-folding effect at walking, as well as automatic retaining of the assembly by means of a flexible support at vertical load within 180 to 160 deg. in the vertical. The offered invention makes it possible, for example in production of ortheses, to completely exclude any gypsum work and considerable part of bench and harness work, which in optimal conditions provides for production of the apparatus for 2-3 hours. The same design provides for a quick production of relatively light femur prosthesis, which is especially important at primary and geriatric prosthetics. EFFECT: improved design.
