The suction tube installation comprises a suction divider (22) with long and short suction tubes to the cylinder head inlet ducts (14,16) with switchable stop elements. Both cylinder V-shaped banks are covered by a common cylinder head (12) whose inlet ducts open into both cylinder head sides. The divider and suction tubes (24,28,32,36) are U-shaped. The short suction tubes (24,28) extend radially within the long suction tubes (32,36) up to the adjacent wall (58,60) of the divider. The long suction tubes extend within the divider almost up to the respective opposite divider wall. The divider is located above the cylinder head. |
