PURPOSE: To safely and surely deliver transaction object to its requester customer with no cost nor time/labor required. CONSTITUTION: When one of customers having portable telephones 1a, 1b and 1c requests a transaction via a communication network 2, an information processor 3 of a dealer registers the telephone number of the requester customer in a memory 31. If the customer carries his telephone to the place of a transaction object deliver device 4a, for example, in order to receive the transaction object, the telephone number of the customer is inputted and checked whether it match with the telephone number that has been registered in the memory 31. When both telephone numbers match with each other, a key word is transmitted for certification based on the matched telephone number. Then, it is confirmed whether the telephone of the customer receives the key work or not. If both keywords match with each other, the corresponding transaction object is outputted. |
