A mobile bagging system includes a sturdy moveable frame, for example a trailer constructed of steel tubing. Mounted on the top of the frame is a hopper for holding sand. A t the bottom of the hopper is a spout for sand to exit the hopper. Mounted on the frame is a support, such as a tray or container, for receiving a stack of empty bags. Mechanical arms pic k up a bag from the stack and hold the bag securely under the spout until it is filled with sand. The bag is then sealed and mechanically deposited to a desired location generally outsid e the frame.
