PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device capable of detecting a sheet in a larger size than the size of a tray body with an inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A manual sheet feeding device comprises a manual feeding tray 110 having a tray body 111 loaded with sheets P. The manual sheet feeding device comprises: conveyance means which conveys the sheets P loaded on the manual feeding tray 110; first detection means A which switches signals to be output with contact between the sheets P loaded on the manual feeding tray 110 and a contact part 124; and control means which detects the size of the sheets P loaded on the manual feeding tray 110 on the basis of the signal output from the first detection means A. The first detection means A is arranged on the tray body 111 so that the contact part 124 is positioned in the vicinity of an end 111a on the upstream side in the conveyance direction of the sheet P in the tray body 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
